Brisbane Isuzu has reinforced its position as a critical transport partner for sunshine state businesses, officially achieving the highest number of Isuzu truck sales nationally in 2025.

Serving one of Australia’s fastest growing economic regions, Brisbane Isuzu’s sustained sales leadership reflects a deep alignment with customer needs across transport, logistics, construction and industrial sectors.

With a comprehensive dealership footprint spanning Archerfield in the west, Eagle Farm in the central port precinct, Burpengary in the northern corridor and Stapylton in the south, the group has built a sales and service network designed to support local businesses at every stage of their operations.

Dealer Principal, Stephen Hayward, attributed the milestone result to a coordinated, whole-of-business approach that integrates sales, parts and service into a uniform customer experience.

“This achievement is a direct reflection of our entire team working together with a shared focus on customer outcomes,” said Mr Hayward.

“From initial vehicle selection through to aftersales support, our sales, parts and service teams operate as one. That holistic approach ensures our customers are not only getting the right truck for their application, but also the ongoing support that keeps their operations moving.”

"Our entire team is working together with a shared focus on customer outcome," said Dealer Principal, Mr Stephen Hayward.

Transport partners

Mr Hayward emphasised that Brisbane Isuzu’s success is grounded in long-term partnerships with customers, rather than transactional sales.

“We see ourselves as more than a dealership. We are a transport partner to Brisbane businesses and surrounding regions. Our priority is understanding how our customers operate and delivering solutions that improve uptime, efficiency, reliability - a ‘whole of life’ approach.”

The group’s multi-site presence has been instrumental in maintaining proximity to customers across the metropolitan area, enabling faster response times and increased service capacity.

Facilities such as the recently expanded Stapylton site have further strengthened Brisbane Isuzu’s ability to support growing demand, with integrated sales, service and parts capabilities designed around customer convenience.

“Our footprint across Brisbane allows us to be where our customers need us, when they need us,” Mr Hayward said.

“Whether it is a fleet operator in the north, a logistics provider close to port or a construction business in the south, we have the infrastructure and the people in place to deliver consistent, high-quality support.”

Customers win

Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) Head of Sales, Craig White, praised Brisbane Isuzu’s achievement.

“Brisbane Isuzu’s performance in 2025 is a standout result and a clear reflection of the team’s commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for their customers,” said Mr White.

“The strength of their dealership footprint across the Brisbane region means our customers benefit from greater accessibility, faster turnaround times and a level of support that is critical in keeping businesses operating efficiently.”

Mr White noted that Brisbane Isuzu exemplifies the standard of collaboration between dealer networks and head office that underpins Isuzu’s continued market leadership.

“The alignment between Brisbane Isuzu, our head office in Melbourne and indeed the broader global Isuzu network ensures customers are receiving not only market-leading products, but also the backing of a highly coordinated support system,” he said.

“It is this combination of local expertise and national strength that continues to drive strong results for our customers across Brisbane and beyond.”

Collaboration with IAL and broader head office teams has also played a key role in Brisbane Isuzu’s performance, ensuring alignment with national strategies, product development and customer programs.

“We work very closely with Isuzu head office operation and our parent company to ensure we are delivering on the brand promise at every level,” Mr Hayward said.

“That collaboration is critical. It allows us to bring the latest products, technologies and support programs to our customers while maintaining the high standards expected of the Isuzu brand.”

Beyond the metal

Brisbane Isuzu’s focus on customer-centric solutions extends beyond vehicle sales to a full suite of aftersales offerings, including service agreements, genuine parts supply and tailored maintenance programs.

This integrated model ensures customers can maximise vehicle uptime and lifecycle value, which remains a key differentiator in a competitive market.

“Ultimately, our success comes back to our customers,” Mr Hayward added.

“If our customers are successful, then we are successful. Everything we do is geared towards helping them achieve better outcomes, whether that is through improved efficiency, reduced downtime or access to the right support when it matters most.”

As Brisbane’s economy continues to expand, the role of reliable transport partners becomes increasingly critical.

“Brisbane Isuzu’s 2025 sales achievement underscores its commitment to delivering not only industry-leading products, but also the service and support required to keep Queensland businesses moving,” Mr White ended.
